Reproducible Research at satRdayBerlin

When I planned to present at #satRdayBerlin, I didn’t know that I would be working fulltime again as early as from the beginning of this month. Soon, I had to realize that my extrapolatiion from personal experience might be somehow oversimplistic and putting the whole story in 5 minutes seemed almost impossible… in the end, the probably most impressive part of my talk might be that my xaringan slides previously uploaded failed to render correctly (my fault: I omitted to check whether self_contained would work in a local setting..). But having the slides already put online finally allowed me at least to refer to other experts in the field. In the end, I really enjoyed this extremely inspiring ,,R-to-the-core’’ marathon: I’ve never had so much input from so much other fields in one single day :-)
